Let me be the first to try and help you. You really should research this forum first, you will find more information regarding your question than you can imagine.
Also, is this a commercial property or residential? This is the commercial forum.
You really should include specific details in your posts. This is a very general question and difficult to answer. Spend a couple of days (at least 4-6 hours) reading every post that you can possibly find regarding flipping. Is this for wholesale, rehab, etc.? There is a specific forum for this very purpose here crammed full of helpful, true life experiences.
You will find the answers here, more answer than you might expect. But....
