First Time!
Hey everybody! I am from Mass and just purchased my first rehab project. I used a no-doc loan due to self emp. I have not done any work but have 19k in equity according to the appraisle. I am looking forward to purchase more property but dont know how to go about doing it seeing as I will use all of my cash fixing this property. My credit score is around 720. Any info on how to go about doing this would be great.
