Thanks for responding. As an investor, I like to buy rehab's and flip them...mostly I want to take out the cash and be on my way (you know sell the house). The original reason I posted was because I needed more insight from others out there about funding. Since my message I have closed a deal and pulled cash out. However, I am looking to do some deals in Florida and more specifically Forty Myers/Cape Coral.
I really want to buy and flip/cash out and move on.
