Have a 1997 Titan Brentwood single-wide on 15 acres of wooded land, on private cove in Lakes Region NH. Does anyone have any leads for a private investor interested in financing this property? Purchase price is $92,600 - occupants currently leasing with sales agreement for closing on 3 Nov. Intent is to sell property upon closing. Any help is much appreciated, thank you. :-S
