My guess is that because of the specialized nature of understanding defaulted or non-performing debt instruments, private investors are your best bet. There may be a hedge fund out there that may have an interest if your deal size & traffic is large enough.

Chris, Thanks for the links to those previous threads. Very interesting and helpful info. After reading and digesting all that, it is apparent to me there are less expensive ways to get the same results. Mike
