Expatriate Financing
we have lived and banked offshore since 1997-upon returning, to the USA< We bought our house,car,furnishings Cash.When I checked my credit,I saw that I dont have a score at all. We found a 24 unit apt bldg for sale @90%LTV,willing to post home, yet cannot find lender (even hard money) due to lack of credit profile. The properties income/expenses will support a "normal" mortgage plus a minor living expense budget. Willing to take investor at 60/40, but where can I locate one affordably without going thru yet another non-responsive listing service?? :-?
