Have a friend who is in negative cash flow trouble and is looking for a blanket portfolio commercial interest only refi for 20-25 properties, mostly sf homes with a few doubles and 4 units, around 80% LTV amortized over 20-30 years. Fico of 725.
Most of the properties are rented, does this animal exist?
