Does Anyone Have A Letter To Send To Prospective Private Money Lenders?
I need to get some private money lenders. I do not care to use hard money lenders even though they have helped me quite a bit. I plan on doing a mass mailing to prospective lenders that have some available funds. I need copy for a letter if anyone has one and also any pointers on who to do the mailing to.

Yes I have them somewhere (just moved my office) but I have to tell you mass mailings work but the best form of aquiring investors is just talking to people. Talk to your dentist, your doctors, attorneys you know and tell all of your acquaintances that you are building an investor network paying fixed interest rates and guaranteed by a real enforceable (and forecloseable if the word actually exists) mortgage agreement.
It puts people at ease seeing "the guy" who will do all of this especially if you have a track record. You should be able to get at least $100K quick to start.
