Detroit CAP Rates
Need an investor from Detroit to give me an idea on what the CAP rates are. I have found a 4 unit bulding with a CAP rate of almost 11%. Not sure if this is good as I live in California. And alot of stuff I see normally seems to have a CAP ot 5 or 6%. Any ideas are appreciated.
