DEFAULT LETTER SENT OUT-RECEIVED!!
I cant believe it!! Someone responded to my letter. The bad new is that she didnt need my help. I sent a letter out to an NOD property owner and she called back. She told me that she cleared her back payments by selling property back at her homeland. She said that she has friends that want to sell their property and will refer them to me...hopefully.
I'm sad that she didnt need my help but happy that she at least responded to my letter. Now I know that someones actually reading them!!!!
