Deed
hi all, new here. ok this is a good one, in illinois, doe anyone know if in a real estate transaction, the deed can be drawn up by buyer/seller or assigned agent, or strictly by an attorney? ive been helping in closings and have been drawing up deeds, but iv'e been told that only an attorney can do so, wich is hard for me to beleive, but now i have doubts.
