I found the information below at
Does anyone have any experience with this or is this pie in the sky?

jarviscm,

The person who wrote this article makes a living selling courses and holding a convention along with owning a web site.

Now I really don't know if this method works or not but this is not the place to post material from other websites as I am sure it is copyrighted.

So no offense, but you would be better of asking this question on her site, that is the fair thing to do.

I came across this info by accident. I have the same questions as you. Hopefully, someone will chime in and give us some insight into this.

The only thing that confuses me is instant seasoning. every one I deal with wants canceld checks, they have dates. The point of seasoning is to show payment history payment history is a big one. I dont belive anyone wants to consider reshuffeld loan funds payment history.

The rest of it seems accurate to me.

    John,

I didn't even think of that...and she is a lawyer. I don't want on her bad side. I sent her an email with some questions I had. Just thought I would share it but you're right.

    David,

I find this to be a effective tool in brokering SIMO CLOSES. Have you ever done one of the types of notes. It just makes more equity available , which in turn makes for better offers, and in the case of lower fico's we pre-season for an entire year to get it done.
