Construction Financing Needed
Need help here. I have several clients that own land free & clear, want to place a manufactured home on the land. The seller of the home will guarantee the home, all I need is the construction financing (averaging between $30,000 - $40,000). Am looking for a reasonable investor who might be interested in at least 10-15 deals per month. 
I am a mortgage broker. My company deals with all aspects of loans and mortgages. We can do construction loans. Please let me know what you are looking for.
