Connecticut - The Quest For TRUE Hard Money.
Hello peeps, I'm new to this site and would like to know if anyone here knows of TRUE hard money lenders in the state of CT. The only one I found here wants great credit, and like 15k cash to a deal w/ no experience, but if you have experience they'll say okay even if you ONLY have 5 or 10K around. When I surf the net, I see some Hard money guys that do loans with really bad credit, and focus only on the property - but they're always in TX or FL. and don't do CT ... any ideas?

Sarting to network and get the word out to develop my own hard money lenders.
Also, try running an ad - Depressed about your return in the stock market? Get xx return on investment secured by realestate!

But if you can find a local HML they can be your best bet. They can often fund very quickly and you can quickly develop a relationship with them.[ Edited by lacashman on Date 07/11/2003 ]
