Condotel Refinancing
I have three condotels in a couple different resort locations in MN and WI and they are currently on Option ARMs. I would like to refinance one or all of them to lock into a fixed rate and potentially take some equity out.
Anyone have any recommendations as to who may be able to help me do this with reasonable rates and costs?
