Cash Out Refi - What Banks/rates In Chicago
Hi,
I own a 2 unit paid with a HELOC via my home. I want to cash out refi the place, leaving 25% in the property.
What banks are good to do business with in Chicago, IL. I am getting some major jerk arounds with the guys I am trying. Also anyone know of any banks that will give a HELOC for about 75% LTV ?
