When using a hard money loan and making offer contingent upon partner's approval, can the term "cash offer" be used with seller even though I am not using my own cash?
You can use the term cash deal if you have the money in the bank. You would have to show a bank statement. I offer "cash deals" all the time. But I actually have the money!!! I don't always use the money from that account. If you say cash deal you better have the cash.
