Buying Note Requirments
For those of you who contacted me about their notes. 1.) Mobile Homes need to have actual land associated to them to be secured. 2.) I do not deal with business notes not associated with secured land. What I do deal with. Any Mortgage Note Secured by land be it Business or Consumer.
