Buy New Tract Model Homes
Went to a new tract in Reno area. Offered to buy 1 home in each Cul de Sac. Tract salesman said wouldn't entertain offers from Investors. Offered to buy Model homes and rent back til tract closed out. No Deal! Think I need to talk to Owner /Builder. Any insight to owner/builder's attitude?? Thought the Builder would like to free up the money in the 4 model homes...

I would go to the builder. A sale is a sale. Additionally, you might want to find out who that sales persons boss is and speak with them. Again a sale is a sale.
