What venture? What do you want to do?
what does your firm do?
I would like to set up a power team (network) of people that we can work with. There are So Many great opportunities in our state. I am just not sure where to look. I would rather have hungery private lenders and such than big corporate guys that want an "ARM" and a leg.
We are a mortgage broker, and my partner and I are venturing out to investment properties, such as wholesaling and pre-forclosures.
Are you looking to lend on these or to start investing in them? Again, what do you want to do?
We are actually wanting to do both. Lending on some, investing on others.
