Banks W/ In-house Underwriting For LLC

I have a newly formed LLC that I am looking for financing. I want to work with banks that offer in-house financing for their loans. Can any guru's direct me?

    Banks want a few things from LLC's.

    Assets.

    Down payments.

    Corp credit history.

    Does your LLC have any of those? If not you will still have to sign and back the loan.
