Assigning A Note Or Contract
Hey
Just wanted some input on assigning notes. I would like to make offers on some notes that came my way , but not to sure on what forms to fill and send to the seller and what forms do I need to fill to assign the note to my end buyer.
Would I use the same assignment forms as a assignment form from a actual real estate deal. I would like some feedback or a copy of a form or forms that I would use from the note buyers out there that have assign or sold there contracts to end buyers/investors when they have sold a note that they had locked up.
