Assignable Contracts. $ What Should I Charge?
As with most beginners I am starting with assignable contracts. I am in the DC area where the prices are mega high. Run-down shacks cost 300K. Anyway, If I get a contract, how much should I sell it for. Is it based on a percentage of the contract price, supply & demand, etc.? Thnx :-?
That all depends on how much you want to make... The amount you charge for assignment will depend on what type of profit margins your buyers/investors work on.. So depending on how much equity there is available you may have to cut your fee back a little or if there is alot you can up it a bit..
