Apartment Financing Trouble
I have beenlooking into purchasing an apartment complex, but I can't get around my personal credit/income. The properties I have been looking at have great NOI and positive income. My question is, how can I get financial/investment groups to look at the property instead of me for payment? They seem to just laugh and say "start saving and call me back in 20-30yrs". Any information would be helpful and appreciated.... Thank You Jeff
