A little more insight as to what exactly your looking for as far as your situation would be helpful. You lookin for a refinance,Owner occupied, NOO, No Doc, Full Doc, Whats your credit score? etc. etc. All those will be factors on whether you can truly obtain a 100% mortgage.

Do your homework, and get a second opinion with mortgage brokers. (sorry brokers) Your industry has a "chip on their shoulder" with the low interest rates and the surge of customers. Where is the service?
