Advertising For Private Lenders
Can it be done without a Brokers license? Does anybody know of any good places to get information on this subject, I tried to speak with the SEC but I spoke to about 5 different people and none seemed to know the answer to my questions and I have more questions now then when I started. I used to see ads for this type of stuff all the time, have they begun to crack down on this sort of thing? thanks for any help!!
