5+ Unit Apartments
I'm a fairly new mortgage broker trying to finder a lender who will loan on 5+unit apartments. I have two clients for this. I have heard of 80% loans with 1.5% interest. Also 95% loans. Does anyone know where to get these??

Have you tried the "Lenders" link at the top of the screen? There are plenty of lenders for commercial property listed.
