$400K Seller Carry Back, 2nd Pos, 90% CLTV..what Is This Worth On The Note Market?
i am trying to value a note that is in second position behind a $990K conventional first. the seller has agreed to carry $270K and the remaining 10% is my cash. total purchase price is $1.4M. the seller wants to find a buyer for thier $270K carryback before the close of escrow...or no deal. how do I value this note and where do i market it.
