Both Fort Worth and Dallas have a lot of property on the market but Fort Worth seems to be moving a little quicker.
In Dallas there are 60 Quads for Sale and Fort Worth has 85 Quads for Sale. But Fort Worth values are lower than Dallas and so the property is moving better in this unique market.
