2.5 - 2.9% property tax totally kills the NOI on any property. Any thoughts on how to bypass the tax re-appraisal upon purchasing a 40+ unit apt. complex in Houston?



How about tranferring deed to LLC and purchasing the LLC? Does this bypass the re-appraisal? ANy tax complication for going this route?
