Seperating The Heat In A Two Unit?
im purchasing a two unit with oil heating that is not seperated. i have been told its cheaper just to install electric heat in one unit and leave the oil in the other? any ideas on the cost of this, units are 900 sq ft each. or any advise in welcome. thanks
