Renter Check-out
Hey...I've had a couple multi-unit properties for a while now, but in a week, I will have the first tenant departure in my time as an Investor.
Does anyone have a checklist that they provide to tenants of things that they should have completed (cleaning, painting, etc.) before check-out. If so, could you please email it to me?
If not, does anyone have ideas that I can incorporate into a list that I am building - and will publish later for general use?
