Purchasing A Multi Family Or Apartment
Can any one direct me to the best method for finding a Seller who wants to get rid of his property for little or nothing down? I want to buy a Mulit dwelling unit but I don't have a lot of cash flow at this point. Thanks! 
Generally, the seller doesn't care as much about how much you put down as the lender does. The seller usually cares that you put down enough earnest money that you won't walk away from the deal.
