Price For Mulitfamily Units
Hi,
I was thinking about investing in the construction of a 6 unit mulitfamily complex . Each unit would consist of 2 bedroom 2 baths. On average the total sq footage is around 5800. What do you estimate this would cost?

Well, I would like to keep every quite simple due to the financial aspect of everything. I hoping that someone may have experience building complexes and could maybe give me some pointers and an ideal cost wise.

I am very serious about getting this project started. I am been looking into loan options and everything. What lenders are best when it comes to getting this type of loan? Does anyone know how the small business adminstration operates. I read on it but I would like to get more info.
what kind of cash do you have coming into?
My resources are limited. I was hoping to get 90%-100% financed or something closed to that anyway.
I am currently looking into the different loan options.
