I have seen a lot of off-campus housing in other cities execpt for my own. Does anyone know the how profitable this investment would be....and where I can get some information on this subject?
In 6-8 years something very important is going to happen that will affect off campus housing:
one of the largest populations of kids will be turning 18! Off campus housing is one of the biggest growth markets there is.
iN MANY COLLEGE TOWN in which I have lived, off campus housing was hot.
Here in San Jose, there is limited on campus housing, and seems to be alot of perks from the city to develop housing in the area.
You might check w/ the student housing office, our billboards on campus for where people are living!
