Note Substitute Down Paymnt?
Hall all! If a seller of a property agrees to carry a 20% note on $750,000 worth of apartment buildings, for say, one year, can that substitute as downpayment when applying for a bank loan? Essentially doing a no money down deal? Thanks for your replies.
