New Territory
I have been investing for about 6 years an have done fairly well. i own 9 units (7 unit and 2 single family) . My partners and I have an opportunity to purchase a 43,000 s.f. building .for $425,000. It is 4 floors and needs to be turned into the approved 35 apartments . It is just open warehouse now. what is my next step ? we already have the plans drawn up. now what?
