Multi Family Apartments
Wanted to get some feed back on student apartments. I am a general contrator that has built and owned 52 units Built owned 13 and manage for two years. so i have a pretty good grasp on the business plan and what i takes but I am ready top go big and start a big 10-15 million dollar project. I have the ground and believe i can get the financing(if not limited partner). But i have some mental block that i will fail and lose everything. It is something that i have always wanted to do just a little nervous to take the leap. ANY COMMENTS ARE GREATLY APPRECIATED THANKS!!
ok i am not experienced in your exact situation, but what i do is, i imagine the WORST CASE SCENARIO -- everything that could go wrong -- and start eliminating those things one by one, by gaining education and help from those smarter than me! it makes me much less nervous when i tackle a huge project. My favorite quote is, "a boxer only has to get up one more time than he gets knocked down..." sounds like you have the experience, you just need to call on experts to help you take it to the next level.
