Mobile Home Parks
I recently inherited an old mobile home park my grandparents owned and operated. I am considering trying to get it up and running again. I was wondering if there are any good books on the subject of MH Parks? Also, I was wondering how most parks are set up in terms of sewer/water (does the tenant or landlord pay these), electricty (paid by tenant or landlord), etc... Any advice would help.
