Looking To Work For Free
I live in Los Angeles, and I'm trying to learn Commercial Real Estate. I've read a few books & have been on this forum for a while. I will be a real estate investor, but I don't have much $$$ now and my credit is average(660, but I had a Bankruptcy 7 years ago).
I want to find a Commercial Real Estate investor and work for free just to learn the business. I will work my butt off to learn as much as I can and prepare for when I do have the funds.
Any suggestions on who to approach?
