Looking For Inexpencive Land To Hold

so, where can you still get some quality land for 3 to 5k per acre?
Something that may be of value in the next 5 years.
Is there still such a thing?
Let me know

The south side of San Antonio is still very inexpensive. Within 30-45 minutes of downtown there are still larger tracts of land that can be had for under 5k per acre. You would have to buy 50 to 100acre tracts, but they are out there.

Toyota is building a plant in south San Antonio for one of their pickups. They are hiring a few thousand people. I bet they are hiring from all of the small towns just south of the plant. People with good jobs tend to push up the prices of land as well as houses.

    Hi,
It would be helpful to indicate your geographic location & and preferences-to know if you are looking to do out-of -the area investing or local investing. Always check out your REI clubs - opportunity may be closer than you think! Good Luck! Mark
