Does anyone have a good l/o contract. I have read through a few that were lacking some things. I figured someone here would have a good one. Thanks in advanced. smile smile

    Instead, you could write out your own. You said that you saw some that were lacking in certain areas, why not just make one that incorporates everything you want into it. If you don't feel comfortable writing it yourself you could ask your lawyer to draw one up for you. Just tell him what you think and write a check. It might cost a little bit more than getting one for free but a really good L/O contract is worth the one time price.
