**WARNING** GRATUITOUS UNSOLICITED RECOMMENDATION
I would like to recommend Sundial Realty in Phoenix for outstanding property management service. We were very unhappy with our pm from Feb 2005 until they were finally booted in Sep 2005. Sundial has gone in and reduced our costs somewhat, greatly improved the maintenance and have gotten the vacancies way down. They are responsive to us and our tenants, provide timely and accurate reports, and are just overall a pleasure to work with.
If anyone is looking for a good PM in Phoenix, particularly Scottsdale, I would definitely suggest you look them up.
