Ok, so heres the skinny
I have a chance to purchase, a 13 building, 61 Unit portfolio. NOI is 377k. Owner is willing to walk away with 4,000,000.00 and is also willing to carry back up to 500k, or make it look like im putting down 500,000. How can I put this deal together?
