Illinois Investor Looking For Mobile Home Parks
I'm a new investor ,and am interested in either partnering up with an experienced investor or going alone in searching for mobile home parks in Northern Illinois or Southern Wisconsin. Any thoughts or suggestions?

We are getting more and more mobile homes and mobile home parks listed in our database everyday in TCIRealty.
Joel, is there anyway to search TCI Realty database for just mobile homes? It is a bit daunting to open and look in every state to see what is available.
I know you are coming out with a new version . Will it have this capability?
