How To Beat Point Of Sale
Looking at a couple 4 unit bank owned building all in the same city that requires point of sale---the price asking price is excellent - as the building are in fair to poor shape...but dont like the idea of a point of sale escrow account that the city inspector estimates repairs and escrow amount.
Thought on how to best manuveur around or alternatives to?
i can handle all the repairs myself as i am a GC and have all the trades needed....
