Creating A Mobile Home Park
I have a 2.5 acre lot in texas close to fort stockton how does a person go about building a mobile home park the lot is not in city limits
do I need a permit
do I just put in a big septic system capable of the amout of homes I will have and a well or multiple wells capable of the water demand
I would need to put power meters on each lot
I quess I would submit plans to the county ?
