Just wondering if anyone has taken any CCIM courses. If so, what was your experience with them (pros cons and so on). Would you suggest these courses or would 5 or 6 good text books suffice just as well?

    I have taken the CCIM courses and I found them beneficial. They are excellent courses for the beginning and experienced commercial investor, or broker
