Can I Get Some Info On The Toledo, OH Area?
I’m looking at a small multi unit in Toledo, OH. It’s in the Polish Village. 65k for three units, $1000/mo. rent. Separate utilities, in good condition. So, cash flow ought to be good for what money I have to put into it. I have done as much research as I can on the area, but I have some reservations. Can anyone tell me:
1) How strong is the rental market in that area of
Toledo?
2) Is Toledo a dying beast in general? Or are there signs
of recovery?
3) If I buy this thing, will I ever be able to re-sell it?
