how much should i figure (about) for:
trash-
heat-
water-
sewer-
electric-
gas
just a ballpark needed so i can figure some numbers

before paying water... tenant pays www.elc.gas and heat

unit 1-800
unit 2-800
unit 3-700
30 yr amortizing loan
80% first @ 7.5
15% second @ 11.5 (i cover 5%)
taxes-$354 <~thats what it states
insurance- 1000
15% maintenance
5% reserves
7% vacancy
8% management
i came up with $697.62 pr month before the water bill
